Internal Sales Representative in Malmö

Do you want to help shape a new role in a company that is a leader in balcony glazing and facades? Sunparadise is looking for an internal sales representative with an interest in technology and strong sales skills. Here you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with resellers and end customers, provide advice, and create tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

As an internal sales representative, you will be an important part of the sales team and serve as the link between our resellers, end customers, and production. You will be a vital partner for our resellers by providing support and guidance in their sales efforts. Occasionally, you will also contact end customers to ensure that the deal is finalized and that the customer has the best possible experience. We value your ideas and you will have an active role in identifying areas for improvement and developing internal routines that make our work even more efficient and customer-oriented.

You will, among other things:

• Receive and manage customer orders from resellers
• Create and follow up on quotes
• Provide technical advice and support
• Work in our ERP system
• Participate in customer visits and reseller days

You will be based in our Malmö office, and the role includes approximately 10–15 overnight trips per year.

Your Profile

For the role of internal sales representative, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and has a genuine interest in technology. You enjoy taking your own initiatives and are unafraid to pick up the phone. The role requires you to be flexible and enjoy combining sales with technical advice.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in internal sales, administration, or a similar role
• Good system understanding
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form (understanding of Norwegian/Danish is a plus)
• Technical interest
• Experience with design software or CAD is a plus
